Kerrick Crace, MA, LPCC (they/them)

Hi, I’m Kerrick (aka Kavé Riftkeeper) (they/them) — provisionally licensed psychotherapist, trauma researcher, and founder of Queer Life Refuge and CITRUS™ (Contemplative Integration of Trauma Repatterning & Unified Selfwork).

I want to begin by honoring the tender courage it takes to even search for healing — especially when you've been taught that your pain, your body, or your queerness is too much, not enough, or unworthy of care. I’m here to say: you make sense. Your pain is real. And healing is possible — not by becoming someone else, but by coming home to yourself.

I am a white, pansexual, neurodivergent, socialized-male, adopted, non-binary person, raised in a conservative Christian household in the American Southeast. These “social locations“ deeply shape my understanding of identity, safety, systemic harm, and the sacred reclamation process that healing truly is.

My work centers LGBTQIA+ individuals navigating:

  • Queer trauma and identity fragmentation

  • Religious deconstruction and spiritual reclamation

  • Complex PTSD, dissociation, grief, and nervous system dysregulation

  • Self-worth struggles, inner critic parts, and internalized oppression

  • Non-binary spirituality, ancestral disconnection, and embodied truth

I blend contemplative psychotherapy, somatic and parts-based modalities, Buddhist psychology, and quantum healing, creating spacious, nonlinear, and deeply personalized pathways for integration.

Whether through therapy, coaching, group ritual, or full-spectrum healing immersion, I aim to hold refuge for your becoming — and to walk with you through the shadows, thresholds, and resurrections of this life.

You are not broken. You are not too late.
You are allowed to be witnessed in your wholeness.

We heal together.
