Compassionate Coaching
Trauma-informed compassionate coaching is available to provide support in navigating life with Queer Religious Trauma, ensuring a focus on safety, trust, collaboration, choice, cultural sensitivity, and empowerment. These sessions offer a safe and inclusive space for individuals to explore their goals and work towards healing and growth. Our team is dedicated to making a positive impact, and we look forward to the opportunity to work together with you to make a difference in the lives of queer folx!
Trauma-Informed Meditation & Yoga
Join us for trauma-informed meditation & yoga led by queer instructors. Our focus is on offering a safe space for LGBTQ+ individuals to come together in somatic healing. While not specific to Queer Religious Trauma, our groups are a cornerstone in Queer Life Refuge as we recognize the importance of creating a supportive environment of community in the healing journey. We honor the lineages of meditation & yoga and are dedicated to moving from the history from which these practices have come to us here in the US.
