Our Standard Pricing model is a deliberate effort to foster a sense of agency and accountability among those who are in a position of financial stability. By inviting individuals to contribute to their own healing journey, we aim to instill a sense of autonomy and responsibility, mirroring the importance placed on other aspects of their well-being.

Who is it for?

The Standard Pricing model is tailored for folks who:

• Live in a place of usual financial stability, able to meet their basic needs and allocate resources towards their mental health

• Experience occasional financial stress but generally have the means to sustain themselves

• Prioritize mental health while managing other life expenses

• Have access to affordable healthcare through work or alternative channels

• Have some level of savings or are not consistently battling financial scarcity

• Are able to prioritize their healing in financial decision-making!

Standard Pricing Rates

• Individual Psychotherapy (CO only): $125-$150/ session

• Compassionate Coaching (USA): $125-$150/ session

• Relationship/Family Psychotherapy (CO only): $150-$200/ session

• Support Group: $25-$50/ meeting

Package Rates

• Individual Psychotherapy (CO only): $600 for 5 sessions

• Compassionate Coaching (USA): $600 for 5 sessions

• Relationship/Family Psychotherapy (CO only): $700 for 5 sessions

• Support Group: $100 for 5 groups
